Litigation at all levels remains a strength, perhaps a basic asset, of the office. We regularly plead before arbitration tribunals, and senior members are requested to sit or to chair arbitration panels.

Dr Sharon M Mizzi has been practising law for a number of years, initially as a legal procurator graduating from the University of Malta in 1993, later as a lawyer since 2008.
