Litigation and ADR
Court appearance and litigation formed the time distant origins of the professional association which led to the development of our chambers. Litigation at all levels remains a strength, perhaps a basic asset, of the office. We regularly plead before arbitration tribunals, and senior members are requested to sit or to chair arbitration panels.

This knowledge and expertise has been recently developed by the younger members of the Chambers. We have assisted athletes and sport professionals at domestic and the highest international tribunals, including football UEFA appeals. This is a growing direction of expansion of the office.
